An onboarding fee may be applicable before your account is activated, depending on your business type. Our team will reach out to you during the application process to discuss this.
For businesses with high payment volumes or specific needs, we offer the option to create a custom pricing package. This will be arranged and agreed upon before your account is opened.

Foreign exchange (FX) charges:
Foreign exchange (FX) charges are determined based on real-time market rates at the time of your transaction. The applicable FX fee will be shown when you begin the currency exchange process.

Payment charges:
Payment charges, unless otherwise specified, will be calculated based on the pricing outlined below at the time of the transaction. You will see the applicable payment charge before finalizing the transaction. Charges will be applied in the transaction’s currency. Additional fees may apply for payments made or received in a currency different from the sender’s or recipient’s bank. Please note that these charges apply to ‘SHA’ SWIFT payment types. Using ‘OUR’ SWIFT payment types may result in additional fees.
